Kendo & Breakdance

It sounds theoretically good.

I train Kendo for speed and endurance, while I train breakdancing for strength (since I've just started out breakdancing, I need strength for simple handstand moves).

The trouble that I'm having now is that, the training for Kendo seems to be more difficult. I'm not sure of the exact cause, but I felt that the muscle I gain from breakdancing is meant for strength and not for endurance. So I get tired faster than usual, and my speed is getting slower.

However, I really feel great after each Kendo training. Now I hope by keeping on my Kendo training will help improve my muscle for speed, endurance and also strength. If Bruce Lee can do it, I can too! Hehe!

Man...I am disappointed that u didnt blog about how fun my bbq was! You should write more about Sado and sado pple. We're great fun! :p

Hehe, the bbq and clubbing was fun! But I was quite busy ler... That's why I didn't get to blog about it :P
