Can you smell the shoe burning?
I felt a bit weird yesterday morning. I seems to be in an excited state during lectures. I was so damn excited... mentally! I couldn't even believe myself..
I was totally awake throughout the lectures, despite the fact I only have 3 hours of sleep from 5 in the morning. I was a bit late to lecture, but I still felt weirdly excited. Everything those lecturers taught seems to be so interesting to me.
What makes me even more excited is that I get to do my favourite part in my group project! Our group will be rebuilding infrastructure for New Orleans after it was hit by Hurricane Katrina, and I'll be doing the assessment of the enviroment impact caused by this project! And I'll be proposing measures to mitigate adverse enviromental and social-economic impacts. Chim leh!~
I like nature very much ever since I went to B.Island. (Thanks Eriko for bringing me along!) The beach was peaceful and beautiful, untainted by modern human civilization. It was enjoyable and relaxing.
I decide to push myself futher by not taking any nap since I'm still excited after my last lecture. But I decide to take a nap at 6 pm before going for dance pratice. And it means trouble. I felt so weak after I woke up at 6.30 pm and I kept forcing myself to be awake until 7 pm. It was sad, that I went back to sleep and missed so many things...
Finally I woke up at 8 am this morning, feeling a bit weird and hungry. Prepared my simple breakfast and I went for my computer lab session at 9 am. I've attended one lecture so far, and I still have one more lecture later at 5 pm.
Anyway, I'll be having another go with Cyndi next week. If everything works out right, she'll be my dance partner for busking and we'll be rocking all over NUS.
